    i guess its just like bulgur wheat at the healthfood store. i didnt sprout them but just soaked it in hot water then assembled the tabouli. yummo

    @huguenot67 Yes, the lid to the bucket has a nice rubber gasket, so that is all that is needed.

    Another great vid. I noticed you don’t use a mylar bag inside your bucket. Is that because of the gasketed lid or do you feel that the bag is not necessary in any case? Thanks for the channel.
